Placing your faith in Jesus
The Gospel is "The Good News" that believing in Jesus Christ gives us eternal life. "All have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God," Romans 3:23. That sin separates us from God. "But God commended His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us," Romans 5:8. John 3:16 says “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son (Jesus), that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." The Bible says in Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from you; it is the gift of God; it is not from works, so no one may boast."
